Bharti Axa General Insurance web portalís buy, renew and claim process had major user drops due to lack of information architecture, userflow, standard UI/UX principles & back-end enterprise system integration. The webportal had two URL’s one for CMS part and other for transaction flow causing greater impact to digital marketing and SEO activity. The complete existing system was not documented so it was great challenge and effort to learn their insurance domain in short span of time.

The entire back-end integration with P400 and Cordys back-end system was understood, documented and helped Bharti AXA underwriters to find the loop holes.
