Case Study :

 Here is a scenario from one of our recent clients using cloud shelf.  Advertising firms have a lot of documents, images, audios, videos etc that needs to be sent across to customers and partners, and also to internal staff.  Some of these files are confidential while some are not. When this firm needed to send a set of files to a customer who had requested some sample work for their new advertising Campaign, the creative head went into a dilemma of whether or not to email it to the customer because all of the samples were freshly built and were intellectually protected until purchase. So how do you send files to someone and not let them have it?

 Possible? Yes!

They installed Cloud Shelf and created accounts with access restrictions for different employees. Next, the Creative Head clicked on the files in different folders while choosing an option ' view only' for all the files he selected that needed to be sent to the customer (not to forget to be sent to 10 emails of directors). Once done Cloud Shelf automatically zipped the files and created a folder ready to be sent and asked for the emails of the recipients. Once all emails were entered Cloud Shelf asked for the time validity for the file's to be available to the recipients. Once he chose '1 day’, cloud shelf instantly sent all recipients an email with a link to the folder and access details ( user name /Password) to view the files. The recipients clicked on the link and viewed the files. Yes, only viewed the files. Videos and audios only played without the ability to be downloaded, documents and images only displayed without the ability to be downloaded. A day later the link had expired.  Cloud shelf helped our customer safely retain his intellectual property without the fear of it being copied or misused. Now all files in their organization is managed and routed by 'Cloud Shelf'.
